Ghanaian based Adwinton Trading and Investment Ltd is currently witnessing a significant international exposure following the rebranding of two flagship products from Chinese agricultural biotech firm, Henan Lima Biotechnology Ltd.

The products, Pig Growth Booster and Lay Hen Egg/Day, now prominently feature the official logo of Adwinton Trading and Investment Ltd, Henan Lima’s local distribution partner. The rebranding forms part of a broader strategy to enhance product recognition, streamline supply chains, and expand market reach across Ghana and the wider West African region.

The Pig Growth Booster is designed to accelerate swine growth rates, while Lay Hen Egg/Day helps poultry farmers improve egg production efficiency. Both products are part of Henan Lima’s portfolio of science-backed livestock supplements, which have been widely used in Asia and are now entering African.

Adwinton Trading and Investment Ltd confirmed that the rebranded products will be distributed nationwide, with plans to expand to neighboring West African markets in the coming years. The company has established itself as a key player in agricultural supply chains, and the partnership is expected to bolster its offerings for livestock farmers.

Industry analysts note that Ghana’s livestock sector is growing rapidly, driven by rising demand for meat and eggs, as well as an increasing emphasis on modern farming techniques. International collaborations such as this one are seen as pivotal for introducing innovation, improving farm productivity, and raising the standards of livestock nutrition in the region.

“The combination of Henan Lima’s research-driven products with Adwinton’s local distribution expertise is likely to set a benchmark for similar partnerships across Africa.

As the products roll out under their new branding, both companies are optimistic that the collaboration will enhance farm efficiency, increase livestock output, and provide Ghanaian farmers with reliable, high-quality solutions for the first time on such a scale.

This partnership illustrates a broader trend of cross-border agricultural collaborations, highlighting how local expertise and international innovation can come together to meet the challenges and opportunities of Africa’s growing food and agriculture market.
